Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Partner Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for Sinch MessageMedia and Sinch Engage platforms. This role will focus on prospecting potential partners and resellers, booking meetings for the sales team, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to engaging with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.). Target and build relationships with prospective partners and resellers for Sinch MessageMedia and Sinch Engage. Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of Sinch's products and services. Book qualified meetings and appointments for the senior sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex solutions in a simple, consultative manner. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools. Experience in the SaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
