＜仕事内容＞中堅企業セグメント（Middle Market Segment）、大企業セグメント（Large Market Segment）に向けたコーポレート・カード及びその他法人向けペイメント・ソリューションによる新規企業開拓、ソリューション営業要員の募集。このポジションは、チーム・リーダーの指導の下、パートナーチャネルを活用し、日系企業及び外資系企業の中堅企業、大企業の見込顧客へコーポレート・プロダクト導入を促進する新規開拓営業です。このポジションの最も大きな役割は、チームの戦略に則った企業を獲得するためにパートナーと合意した営業協業を促進することを期待しています。パートナーとの定期的なミーティングや、課題解決、現場の営業担当者との密なコミュニケーションを実施することで、パートナーからのリファーラルを獲得することを実施していただきます。また、企業ニーズを聴きだす傾聴力、課題を特定する鋭い洞察力から導き出したニーズ・課題にマッチした付加価値の高いソリューションの提案力により、コスト削減、ワークフローの効率化、ガバナンス強化、デジタル化などを実現し、企業のビジネス拡大に貢献することも大切な役割です。パートナーチャネルを活用し、新規企業との契約およびカード決済による売上の獲得を実現するための営業活動全般に責任を持っていただきます。円滑に業務を遂行するため、企業の意思決定者との関係構築・自社ソリューションを深く理解した上での他社との差別化、社内関係者との連携推進などもその職務に含まれます。契約後、重点加盟店やパートナー加盟店の紹介での利用推進による売上拡大も重要な業務です。企業の精算業務簡素化・ガバナンス強化・コスト削減・経費の可視化、デジタル化などを支援し、中堅企業のビジネス成長促進に大きく貢献することのできるとてもやりがいのあるポジションです。バックグラウンドチェック（経歴調査）に問題がないことが、入社の条件となります。＜Competency：期待する資質＞ 1. 目標達成に対して強い拘りがあり、高い達成意欲がある 2. 担当するパートナーへの定期的なコミュニケーション（定期レビューミーティングや担当支店への訪問など)を実施し、能動的にLead獲得することができる 3. 担当するパートナーとターゲットリストを共有し、計画的に見込み企業へアプローチをパートナーと実施することができる 4. パートナーと同行営業を実施し、企業への提案、交渉し、新規契約獲得をすることができる 5. 自身でパートナー開拓をすることができる 6. ゴールまでの計画とその優先順位を決めPDCAを繰り返し、スピーディに粛々と営業活動を実行でき 7. 楽しんで新しいことへチャレンジしていく気概がある 8. 苦難な状況の変化にも柔軟に対応し強い責任感を持って、諦めずに自身の目標を達成できる 9. 自ら成長、進化することに喜びを感じる 10. 固定観念に捕らわれない新しい価値やアイデアを創出することが好きである 11. チームメンバーを大切にサポートし合えるバックグラウンドチェック（経歴調査）に問題がないことが、入社の条件となります。 We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
