About the opportunity..
Are you an experienced partner/channel manager looking to drive strategic growth through a dynamic partner network? ELMO Software is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team and lead the growth of our partner ecosystem across a defined territory.
Reporting to the Partner Director, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of ELMO’s Referral, Resell and Strategic Partners, such as ERP resellers, HR consultants, and business advisory firms. You’ll play a key role in driving partner-sourced revenue and expanding our presence through enablement, co-marketing, and joint sales activity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, and who enjoys working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive referral, co-sell and resell revenue through effective partner engagement and strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship and performance of partners within your assigned territory.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans and drive partner enablement to increase ELMO’s strategic value.
  • Identify and recruit new partners aligned with ELMO’s ideal partner profile.
  • Deliver partner-led marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with Partner Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure a seamless experience across the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights into partner performance and pipeline generation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • 5+ years in partner/channel management, ideally within a SaaS or software applications environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets via indirect sales models.
  • Experience managing a variety of partner types, including resellers, consultants, and professional services firms.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in co-funded marketing and strategic planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel interstate/intercity on a quarterly basis (or as required).
