About the Role: As a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with North European customers in the insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organisations. Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in insurance areas. Key Responsibilities: Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio. Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations. Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge. Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies for their strategic and transformational initiatives. Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus. Deep expertise in Core Insurance software Extensive network with C-Suite executives within insurance companies in the UK and North European Regions. Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills. Business fluent in English.
