Microsoft’s Business Planning + Monetization Team shapes pricing, packaging, licensing, channel, and monetization strategies for our commercial portfolio, driving significant market impact. Within this, the New Commerce and Commercial Strategy unit leads cross-cloud monetization and GTM strategies across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, and Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless adoption of commercial strategies by Microsoft Field, Partners, and Customers.   We seek a passionate marketer to drive adoption of our New Commerce and commercial strategies across Microsoft seller and partner audiences. The Partner Change Management and Enablement Manager should demonstrate outstanding collaboration and relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, proficiency in developing messaging and positioning frameworks, content development and strategy, and proven experience in change management and readiness to ensure successful partner adoption.   This role partners across multiple organizations including: Business Planning, Engineering, MCAPS, Finance, and others to lead change management for complex launches. Responsibilities include building comprehensive change plans, identifying potential issues, collaborating across teams to assess launch impacts, and driving adoption with field sellers and partners. The role also supports team content strategy and business operations, leveraging AI for content amplification and process improvement.
