🌟 What You’ll Do As a Partner (Community) Engagement team member, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with driver communities and strategic stakeholders across Indonesia. Your role ensures smooth communication, efficient event execution, and impactful partnerships that support engagement and retention at scale. Key Responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with Partners [Company], including moderators [GTI] and regional coordinators [TPI]. Ensure all logistics and supplies for engagement activities are fulfilled across Indonesia. Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events and initiatives in various cities. Establish and maintain partnerships with community groups, companies, or other relevant stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure drivers and communities receive necessary support services. Maintain long-term, healthy, and impactful relationships with drivers and partner communities. ✅ What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, partnerships, or field operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply. Strong interest in working with communities and building meaningful partnerships. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel across Indonesia for project execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong project management skills are a plus.
