Partner Culture & Engagement Join the Capability, Culture and Safety team within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport. Play a pivotal role in the hands on delivery of programs, plans and activities that strengthen employee engagement and embed a positive workplace culture. Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $113,574 to $125,720 plus superannuation. Short term opportunity until mid-January 2026 based in Haymarket, NSW. About the role The Partner, Culture and Engagement plays a key role in delivering DCITHS’ culture and engagement priorities. This role is specifically responsible for the handson delivery of programs, plans and activities that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organisational culture across the department. Working in partnership with various stakeholders this role will support the delivery of initiatives in relation to employee onboarding, recognition and engagement, with a key element of the role being to support the department wide delivery of the People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) and the subsequent results analysis and action planning phase. About you You’re a Human Resources or Organisational Development professional with strong project and program management capability, and you have experience coordinating multiple deliverables in a dynamic and evolving environment. Your approach is proactive, collaborative and outcomes focused, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and prepare clear documentation. You will bring knowledge of contemporary organisational development theories and practices to the role. Previous experience working on the PMES would be highly regarded.
