YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partner to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen toward continued growth and success. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the natural ability to build trust and connection with people. You are also extremely driven, hands-on and with the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and execute your strategy and continuously adjust
• Lead the Danish expansion including potential acquisitions
• Be responsible for the Danish profit & loss and overall operations
• Be responsible for rapidly building a large and value adding pool of partners
• Develop and lead a top notch team of 15 people across sales, board management, event & members, and marketing
• Find and attract the best investment cases
• Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
• Report into the CEO.
