Pharma Partnership ManagerLocation: Rio de Janeiro, BrazilWorkplace Type: Hybrid About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Development & Activation Lead to drive strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical, governmental health, and insurance sectors. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, activating hospital partnerships, and engaging health professionals and patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, business development, and digital engagement, with a proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading relationship development, identifying and closing high-impact partnership opportunities, and ensuring the successful activation of our solutions within hospital settings. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead relationship development and expansion with key partners in the pharma, government, and insurance sectors. Identify, pursue, and close high-impact partnership opportunities across relevant sectors. Act as the key local representative in strategic partner discussions and contract execution. Develop joint value propositions and co-branded engagement strategies tailored to each partner’s needs. Oversee operations and performance improvement initiatives at hospital sites. Coordinate with hospital staff, KOLs, and marketing teams for training, communication tools, and symposia. Supervise Elfie coordinators and ambassadors on-site, ensuring effective implementation of programs. Ensure application readiness and compliance in local markets, adhering to all regulatory requirements. Conduct user interviews and integrate feedback into feature updates to enhance user experience. Build and nurture communities of advocates to promote our solutions and drive adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years’ experience across Pharmaceutical, Consulting, and Startup/Digital Health environments. Proven track record managing complex partnerships in healthcare or life sciences. Strong Business Development and stakeholder engagement skills across public and private sectors. Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive business growth. Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics. Digital marketing and/or consumer engagement experience is a plus. Fluency in both English and French (required). Strategic thinking paired with operational follow-through in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
