We are now looking for a commercially driven and technically strong Partner Development Manager - Hardware to help accelerate Pedab’s continued growth within enterprise infrastructure and hardware solutions. The Position As Partner Development Manager - Hardware, you will play a key role in driving growth and market development across Pedab’s infrastructure business in Sweden and the Nordic region. Working closely with vendors, reseller partners and internal sales teams, you will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships while also identifying new business opportunities and expanding Pedab’s ecosystem within enterprise infrastructure. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on commercial execution. You will work with business planning, partner development and go-to-market activities while helping drive growth across technologies such as servers, storage, datacenter infrastructure, AI infrastructure and next-generation enterprise platforms. This is a role for someone who enjoys building business, creating momentum in the market and developing long-term commercial relationships in a fast-moving technology environment. Your Profile We believe you have experience from a vendor, reseller or systems integrator, operating within enterprise infrastructure, datacenter, networking or related technology environments. You understand how channel-driven business works and are comfortable building strong relationships across vendors, partners and customers. Experience from channel sales, vendor management, partner development or strategic business development is highly valued. As a person, you are commercially minded, proactive and relationship-oriented, with the ability to create trust and engagement both internally and externally. You combine strong business acumen with a structured and results-oriented approach and enjoy identifying opportunities that create long-term growth.
