  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the IT channel (essential)
  • Background in account management and building long-term client relationships
  • Interest in technology and familiarity with cloud-based services
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and see them through to completion
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present information to a range of audiences
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to customer and vendor needs
  • A values-led mindset with a focus on integrity and results
Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR ROLE AS AN PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL INVOLVE:

  • Proactively develop product and service adoption across your customer base
  • Build trusted relationships with partners by aligning Ingram Micro’s value proposition to their business strategy
  • Own and deliver revenue, margin, and trading partner targets within your account portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor peers to create and execute joint business plans
  • Act as the main point of contact between your customers, Ingram Micro, and partner
  • Support timely financial transactions by coordinating with our finance team and your partners
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of deals and drive them through to close
  • Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to strategic discussions both internally and externally
