Overview The Partner Development Management (PDM) role for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in Australia and New Zealand is a key contributor to our enterprise partner strategy. Our mission is to become the preferred AI and cloud partner for software development companies, enabling them to build innovative, industry-relevant solutions that accelerate customer transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a PDM, you will lead strategic sales engagements with a portfolio of high-potential and top-tier ISV partners. You will collaborate across solution areas and the partner ecosystem to drive joint sales execution, accelerate marketplace adoption, and deliver partner-led growth. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, partner business models, and the ability to build inclusive, trust-based relationships that reflect our values and commitment to responsible innovation. Responsibilities Sales Execution & Pipeline Ownership Drive joint sales execution across key stages, owning the partner pipeline and forecast. Leverage programs and incentives to accelerate deal velocity. Ensure pipeline accuracy and compliance with sales processes, using regional resources to unblock deals and accelerate execution. Partner Engagement & Growth Identify and engage strategic ISVs in ANZ using market insights and industry trends. Build partnerships that fill solution gaps and drive innovation, customer impact, and revenue growth. Provide local market insights and partner feedback to influence investment decisions and program evolution. Go-to-Market Leadership Activate and lead the execution of go-to-market plans for your assigned partners. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align investments, messaging, and execution across solution areas. Participate in regional business reviews and provide insights on local partner performance, ensuring delivery against agreed plans and KPIs. Marketplace Activation Support partners in launching and scaling their solutions on cloud marketplaces. Promote co-sell readiness and eligibility for marketplace incentives and help partners navigate operations and benefits. Inclusive Partner Development Foster an inclusive partner ecosystem by ensuring equitable access to programs, training resources, and joint sales opportunities. Champion diverse partner voices and support sustainable, long-term growth. Solution Area Collaboration Work closely with internal technical stakeholders and field sellers to align partner offerings with priorities in AI, Data, Security, and Business Applications. Contribute to the partner sales community by sharing learnings and supporting initiatives that drive engagement and success across ANZ and Asia. Performance & Governance Deliver on KPIs including revenue growth, consumption targets, and new customer acquisition. Ensure compliance with governance standards and ethical engagement practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, partner business models, and joint sales motions. Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and influence without authority. Experience in managing pipeline rigor and driving governance in sales processes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years’ experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
