The Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Development Manager (PDM) role in the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization is a sales role that is accountable for driving the sales and growth of assigned ISV partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND extensive experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience

o OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive direct customer sales experience in the IT industry and SaaS/ISV landscape in Finland;
  • Executive presence and ability to influence CXO level and senior business leaders through business value propositions;
  • Direct customer sales and technical sales experience of Microsoft Azure cloud and AI technologies;
  • Strong partner sales and solution development skills;
  • Challenger mentality, leveraging internal and external resources, systematic sales approach and follow through the opportunities;
  • Great leadership, sales, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Finish and English languages

Responsibilities:

As an ISV AZURE SALES AND BUSINESS LEADER (PDM) you will be:

  • Leading ISV as a customer transformation with focus on growing ISV business and migrating Software customers to SaaS to drive Azure growth
  • Creating the crisp and tangible Sales and Business Plan with 3-year vision/plan for key growth motions with ISVs
  • Excellence in MBR/QBR/ROB execution and relevant and active sales governance in place
  • Role model for Azure growth, Azure Marketplace and programs
  • Leading by example and motivating the ISV account team to exceed all targets
  • MSX/CRM master, actively identifying, creating and owning significant sized new Azure consumption opportunities.
  • Leading the C-Level Relationships and ROB of “all rooms of the house”
  • Thought leader and Trusted Business Advisor on role of ISVs for customers and Microsoft
