All of our new and recurring Travel Platform business in Australia is managed through our already established partner network - Serko’s success is therefore wholly reliant on our partner’s ability to attract and win new customers to Serko, and to retain and grow our existing customer base on the Serko platform. What you will be doing As our Senior Partner Development Manager, you’ll be the strategic architect of Serko’s most vital ANZ relationships. You aren't just managing accounts; you are the business owner for a high-impact portfolio, a mentor to our growing Partner Development team, and a key collaborator across Serko. Own strategic partner relationships: Act as the primary business owner for key ANZ partners, aligning their growth, customer success, and technology adoption with Serko’s strategy. Drive partner performance and growth: Set and deliver against joint objectives across pipeline, revenue, retention, and solution development. Lead executive engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across partner organisations to unlock strategic alignment and growth. Run joint planning and governance: Lead QBRs and partner reviews to track performance, identify gaps, and execute improvement plans. Own commercial outcomes: Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and complex deal cycles, working cross-functionally to deliver win-win outcomes. Drive go-to-market execution: Co-design and execute campaigns with partners and internal teams to grow pipeline and adoption. Build customer advocacy: Develop strong relationships with travel buyers and procurement leaders, creating advocates and high-visibility success stories. Embed within partner ecosystem: Operate inside partner organisations to understand customer needs, guide transformation, and accelerate adoption of Serko solutions. Lead customer journey: Present solutions, influence buying decisions, and ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer outcomes. What you will bring Senior SaaS leadership experience: 10+ years in sales or business development within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. Domain expertise (preferred): Strong understanding of corporate travel and travel technology ecosystems. Commercial and negotiation strength: Proven ability to manage complex partnerships across the full lifecycle, from contracting to renewal and escalation. Challenger mindset: Competitive, tech-savvy, and motivated to win in-market, drive adoption, and displace competitors. Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to use data and insights to influence strategy, guide decision-making, and shape partner direction. Relationship leadership: Skilled at building influence across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, both internally and externally. Entrepreneurial drive: Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through complexity.
