Channel Account Manager– Copiers – REMOTE (Mid-West)
Our client is a leading provider of digital imaging solutions serving the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
They are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager to cover the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate should have technical skills and experience in devising strategies with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
This is a full-time Virtual/Remote position with an expected annual salary range of $70,000-104,000. The role is commission-based with a 65/35 split.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience in copier sales/A3 market is a must
  • Preferably B2B retail sales and/or face-to-face customer interaction experience in the copier industry
  • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • Over 5 years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
  • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to drive sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
  • Act as the company’s representative, fostering relationships between the company and assigned dealers/offices
  • Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical analyses
  • Provide technical support to dealer sales channels and end users for detailed analysis and recommendations on hardware and software solutions
  • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, education, and other channel-related support
  • Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support
  • Coordinate and execute product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channels
  • Manage events/tradeshows coordination
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Possess knowledge of company products and services
