What you’ll do As a Partner Development Manager, you will own strategic relationships across Vodafone’s Indirect channel, driving commercial performance, partner enablement, and operational excellence to deliver profitable growth, consistently aligned with Vodafone’s commercial strategy and ways of working. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Manage partner relationships with clear governance and compliance. Deliver indirect sales targets through efficient target setting, KPI monitoring, and timely corrective actions to maximize thirdparty performance Apply and adapt commercial policies to protect margin and support sustainable growth. Onboard and enable partners through continuous training, resources, and tools in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain strong knowledge of partner-facing systems and internal processes to provide accurate guidance and resolve operational issues. Prepare and present performance dashboards and KPI reports to senior management for datadriven decision making. Who you are University degree (Master’s degree will be an asset). Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written). Excellent communication skills, oral and written. 3 years working experience in sales preferably In Telco Proven experience gained within a business sales channel Excellent problem-solving, Reporting and Analysis skills.
