Ensuring optimized safety and thriving environments involves auditing, training, and system enhancements to promote safety and productivity. Your accountability will include maintaining executive dashboards and insights, linking talent and safety metrics to business performance. You will act as a cross-functional accelerator, removing barriers to implement our strategic initiatives. Lastly, you will focus on Innovation and future-proofing by adopting best practices and AI tools to maximize Partner performance and engagement.
