Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Partner Development Sales Senior Associate (PDSSA) plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our platform by collaborating closely with 3-4 Partner Development Managers.
This individual will focus on managing and nurturing pipeline with existing accounts, coordinating internal resources, and contributing to the overall sales and relationship building efforts. The PDSSA will serve as a critical bridge between the field team and internal and external stakeholders, helping address sales questions, manage escalations, and secure meetings with strategic accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration with PDMs
Work closely with assigned PDMs to align on account strategies, meeting goals and follow-up actions
Share insights, feedback and updates from customer interactions to inform field strategies
Customer Engagement
Transform our account growth and acquisition methodology
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to basic platform capabilities and benefits
Schedule and book meetings between customers and PDMs, particularly in large strategic accounts
Relationship Development
Research and identify new contacts within the managed book of business
Develop strategies to engage with key stakeholders in target accounts
Assist in cultivating long-term relationships with partners to drive platform adoption
Pipeline Management
Unlock additional sales opportunities through direct account engagement
Monitor, track, and update the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are effectively managed and prioritized
Regularly report on pipeline status, progress and potential roadblocks to the PDMs
Pass high value opportunities to the PDMs to manage
