We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partner Enablement Manager to develop, manage, and scale go-to-market programmes to effectively sell, implement, and support their solutions across our customer base. This role is critical to ensuring our partners/Klipboard staff have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to be successful, driving mutual growth and customer success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–7 years of experience in partner enablement, channel marketing, sales enablement, marketing, product marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology partners preferred.
  • Strong project management and content development skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market objectives.
  • Educate and arm Sales teams with content and awareness of customer campaigns alongside clear incentive plans and engagement process.
  • Understand the addressable market and global expansion strategy to drive greater cross-sell across the Klipboard customer base.
  • Create and maintain product value proposition training programs, go-to-market content playbooks for partner teams (sales & marketing).
  • Facilitate live and on-demand workshops and webinars for new and existing partners through strong content rich launch & nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and distribute partner-centric content.
  • Implement promotion of partner solutions across digital, social and in product tooling.
  • Analyze partner performance data to assess the impact of enablement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for partners regarding sales promotion and marketing campaign resource.
  • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement offerings.
