Description
Product and Service Improvement: Drive practices that enable partners to influence the product. Collect, organize, and prioritize partner feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement. Customer Success at Scale through Partners: Coordinate with partners when they come across issues and areas for improvement in their products/services. Organize scalability assessment to see if blockers are consistent across many partners and move to prioritize solving and scaling the solution. Partner Enablement: Own engagement with partners to understand their goals, needs, and roadblocks. Drive assessment of capabilities and training needs of partners to ensure successful product knowledge. Drive the development of partner-specific strategies to ensure partner success and alignment to business goals. Act as a key advocate for partners by collecting, assessing, and implementing their feedback through various mediums. Product & Service Improvement: Contribute to product improvement with engineering by supporting the collection of partner feedback that identifies potential gaps and areas of opportunity within products, as needed. Drive Insights & Storytelling: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that inform program decisions. Learn to craft compelling narratives that communicate the impact and value of programs to various stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner. Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years' experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience. Passion for technology and customer obsessed in a fast-paced environment Exceptional project planning and tasks prioritization, customer service, and interpersonal skills Strong industry and/or horizontal solution domain knowledge Being the voice of the Partner, Program Management, Partner management, or Product Marketing are all pluses Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical and Executive ready presentation skills Experience of working with large and small Partners across all maturity phases, and building strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and executives Strong record of accomplishment in defining and executing successful business strategies The ability to simplify and synthesize complex market dynamics and technology needs for different audiences to build coalition across different organizations Demonstrable history working through ambiguity, winning hearts and minds, leading by example, and self-starting Strong understanding of core cloud computing business and technical fundamentals - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Experience in business process automation through AI agents is a plus Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
