Description
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partnership processes. Manage and grow key partnerships. Determine appropriate actions for partnership issues. Implement best practices to improve partnership effectiveness. Influence the quality and efficiency of partnership programs. In your day-to-day role, you will: Lead the commercial relationship with e-commerce platforms, and manage the relationship to lead the commercial relationship with online-instore platforms Drive the partner's strategy at the market level Work with Integration, Product, Legal & Marketing to drive product strategy, integration & adoption Collaborate with partner managers globally to define best practices and a common business playbook Monitor and analyse sales performance, report to the partner on how they have monetised and resolve any open queries. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior success in Business Development role and B2B Relationships (3-5 years experience) Strong familiarity with the European eCommerce market and dynamics Working knowledge of payments processing and digital commerce Ability to confidently negotiate partner agreements and annual partner incentive plans to accelerate revenue, integration options, business and consumer use cases to drive best-in-class integrations and consumer experiences Strong interpersonal skills and project management skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Legal and Operations at a local level, managing these cross-functional teams to drive partner plans Ability to work well and independently in a structured yet flexible and adaptable wa,y and in a fast-paced team environment, with a good attention to detail Ability to think creatively and deal with changing scenarios
