Description
  • Acting as a strategic HR business partner to managers and leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with operational objectives;
  • Lead talent acquisition, integration and development activities, including succession planning, talent assessment and training;
  • Promote engagement, retention and an inclusive work culture, while supporting managers in employee management;
  • Managing labour relations and employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, absences and union relations;
  • Ensure HR compliance and operational excellence, including policy enforcement, HR data management, payroll and employee records;
  • Leveraging HR data and driving continuous improvement, HR systems, strategic projects and team coaching to increase organizational effectiveness.
