Job Description:
Manager of Partner Incentives and Awards to support the design and execution of strategic incentive programs that drive engagement, growth, and success within our global partner ecosystem. This role, within our partner programs team, helps ensure our partners are recognized and rewarded for their contributions to clients growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Partner Programs, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal and Operations to develop data-driven incentive structures and awards programs that enhance partner performance and loyalty.

Responsabilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage partner incentive programs aligned with ServiceNow’s go-to-market strategy and partner growth objectives.
• Design and oversee financial models to measure the ROI and impact of incentive programs.
• Ensure incentives support partner engagement across different partner types (GSIs, VARs, MSPs, ISVs, etc.).
• Partner with Finance to ensure budgets, compliance, and effectiveness of incentive structures.
• Communicate incentive programs clearly to partners through enablement materials, webinars, etc.
• Gather partner feedback and continuously refine programs based on insights and data.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in partner programs, sales incentives, channel marketing, or related roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of partner GTM strategies, and SaaS business models.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, develop incentive models, and assess program impact
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with excel analytics etc.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
