Responsibilities

As a Partner Integration Specialist, you’ll work closely with partners to guide them through technical go-to-market deployment, product onboarding, and integration, ensuring they’re fully set up and getting real value from our solutions.

You’ll also:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Onboarding teams to deliver seamless partner onboarding experiences;
  • Provide expert guidance on product integration, data migration, and technical deployment strategies;
  • Conduct product certifications as part of partner GTM processes;
  • Troubleshoot and test partner integrations, escalating technical issues as needed;
  • Facilitate partner training, workshops, and requirements gathering;
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support partner configuration efforts;
  • Act as a key feedback loop between partners and our Product & Professional Services teams to drive continuous improvement.
