As a Partner Business Manager for SAP Sweden, you are responsible for promoting our entire product portfolio through a team of partners. You are the single point of contact for all sales opportunities that have a partner component, both internally and externally. You are the face of SAP and accountable for building and maintaining the relationship with our partners. This position reports to the Nordic head of Partner and Alliances and will be located in our SAP office in Stockholm.
To work directly with the sales team and be responsible for the managing of partner relationships and to drive pipeline and revenue sales, will also be your work duties. Additional important tasks are to create awareness for company products amongst assigned team of partners, coordinate training, consulting and joint development activities and to coordinate effective marketing programs within partner channels. You Plans and executes Go-To-Market activities within the market unit for the holistic SAP Portfolio: Builds & executes on annual operational plans to support revenue targets (stakeholder & portfolio coverage, enablement & alignment with key industries & sales teams, marketing plans on country level, etc.). Investigate and initiate product initiatives and business plans, in order to take advantage of market opportunities, including establishment of new offerings or entering new markets together with the Line of Businesses.
You act as an SAP ambassador and represent SAP in industry associations and events. To be successful you are a natural networker and influencer, have previous experience in partner driven sales in a cloud software company, you are a problem solver that love challenges and is a trusted partner to the business. You are a team player, have an “eager to develop” mindset and can easily adapt and navigate in large matrix organizations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science or in related discipline preferred
  • Good sales or business development/demand generation experience
  • Act strong and secure with senior management executives
  • Good understanding of how to create value through partnering and how to successfully execute on alliances.
  • Familiar with SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition.
  • Business experience, preferably with a major high technology corporation or strategic consulting firm to forge initiatives and go-to-market plans with partners
  • High impact interpersonal, networking, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years working experience in the software industry
  • 3+ years in a customer or partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting)
  • Experience of working in a large matrix organization
