Maintain a consistently positive guest experience—dining room, carryout, and catering. Execute Bandana’s operational systems, opening/closing procedures, and quality controls. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment inside and out. Uphold ServSafe, sanitation, and safety standards. Keep equipment and facilities in top operating condition, coordinating repairs as needed. Guest Satisfaction & Community Engagement Lead by example with genuine, enthusiastic hospitality. Build guest loyalty by creating memorable, hassle-free experiences. Be visible and engaged in the dining room, speaking with guests and resolving concerns. Ensure every guest is warmly welcomed and thanked during their visit. Act as a local ambassador for the Bandana’s brand. Business & Financial Management As an Operator, you will directly manage: Sales forecasting and revenue growth Food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses Cash controls and financial reporting Inventory accuracy and product ordering Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Achievement of operational standards including Shopper’s Report scores People Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team. Maintain proper orientation and training for all employees. Foster a culture of dignity, respect, accountability, and teamwork. Coach and develop employees using motivational leadership methods. Handle performance reviews, corrective action, and termination procedures. Support and implement Bandana’s company training programs. Training Program (Required for Operators) All Operators complete our 4-week training program in St. Louis, where you will learn: Bandana’s full operational systems Performance evaluation and development tools Guest service, food production, and leadership standards How to successfully operate and grow your restaurant Personal & Professional Expectations Operators are expected to: Model the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Maintain a strong community reputation for integrity and hospitality. Prioritize the guest experience above all else. Support and promote Bandana’s values, culture, and brand principles.
