SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Well-connected with an active network within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including sales, partner managers, and product teams.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and co-sell framework.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales, especially in data management and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sales pipeline management, with proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Skilled in planning and delivering joint marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and effectively position CluedIn’s platform.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in enterprise software sales, partner/channel management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success generating and closing co-sell opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Industry focus on Microsoft Data & AI space, prioritising Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, manage, and grow revenue from strategic partners in your region.
  • Guide partners through the sales pipeline with clear direction, support, and accountability.
  • Drive joint account engagement and ensure follow-through on sales opportunities.
  • Onboard new partners (primarily Microsoft Data & AI Sellers), enabling them both technically and commercially – make them Advocates of CluedIn.
  • Maintain strong, active relationships with Microsoft Data & AI sales, partner managers, and product teams.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing and lead generation strategies in collaboration with partners.
  • Act as the advocate and voice of partners within CluedIn, championing their needs and success.
  • Contribute to building a scalable and efficient global partner strategy.
