JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our Operations team and lead the relationships with the external partners who support our project execution and delivery. In this role, you’ll act as the key point of contact for our partners, ensuring alignment with internal teams, tracking performance, and helping us deliver high-quality work to our clients.
This position is located in our Madison, WI office.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, client success, or project coordination is required.
  • 3+ years in purchasing and negotiations experience is required.
  • Experience in GIS, imagery, or related technology organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly motivated team player, with a positive attitude and passion to build a business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors involved in our projects.
  • Align partner activities with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Review, revise and execute master agreements and statements of work for all projects.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize the value of our partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Monitor partner performance, negotiate price, track KPIs, and help resolve blockers or misalignment.
  • Support onboarding, scope of work, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Actively seek out new partner relationships and evaluate their alignment with our company goals and values.
  • Look for ways to improve how we work with partners and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
