Right now, we are looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Berlin, Konstanz or Remote Italy*.

THAT’S THE JOB

As the Partner Manager for EMEA, you’ll own the partner lifecycle in EMEA.

Build and Grow the Ecosystem: You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the EMEA partner strategy. This includes identifying key markets and ideal partner profiles, as well as setting recruitment and revenue goals for both new and existing partners.

  • Recruit and Onboard: You’ll actively source, qualify, and recruit new partners. You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
  • Enable and Empower: You’ll be the primary point of contact for our partners, providing them with training, product knowledge, and co-selling support. You will empower them to sell KNIME solutions to their clients effectively.
  • Co-sell and Drive Revenue: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our partners on joint sales opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll ensure a seamless process for deal registration and provide the necessary support to close business together.
  • Manage and Grow: You’ll conduct regular business reviews to track partner performance against shared goals. You will nurture top-performing partners and optimize the plans to maximize regional growth.

We’re looking for someone to join us in Konstanz, Berlin, or Italy. Although exceptional remote candidates may be considered. Title and compensation are dependent upon experience.
