Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To accelerate our growth in Germany, we’re looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our collaboration with marketing and product partners—focusing on customers in the EV & solar space, driving referral programs, and expanding our B2B and B2B2C partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Strengthen and expand existing partnerships while scouting for new collaborations to grow high-value customers
  • Develop and execute referral programs to drive customer growth and engagement
  • Work closely with marketing & product partners to create innovative joint campaigns
  • Support the growth of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) through strategic partnerships
  • Focus on customer lifetime value (CLV)—ensuring long-term success for our customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives
