YOUR MISSION: BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS

We are looking for a dynamic Partner Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our partner relationships in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Using a consultative approach, you will expand our network, foster long-term collaborations, and contribute to the success of our AI-driven solution. YOUR SKILLSET – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, confidently negotiating with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of partnership models and agreements, able to review, negotiate, and approve contracts while avoiding common pitfalls.
  • Solid sales and marketing knowledge, ensuring seamless coordination between both teams to drive partner success.
  • Project management skills, ensuring smooth execution of partner initiatives from onboarding to go-to-market.
  • Strategic thinker, identifying long-term partnership opportunities that align with voize’s business goals.
  • Data-driven approach, defining and monitoring KPIs to measure partnership success and optimize performance.
  • Technical understanding, with the ability to discuss and facilitate integrations between partners, product managers, and engineers.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
