YOUR SKILLS:

• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• Expertise, experience, and a proven track record in selling Cloud/SaaS software in complex customer and sales processes, as well as experience in collaborative sales with partners.
• Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
• Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams, along with strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
