ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Our new Partner Manager - Online Platforms will drive Fairphone’s operational success and sales growth on key online channels (e.g., Amazon, Mediamarkt marketplace) in Europe, the US and other territories Fairphone expands into. This involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimising product listings and A+ content, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overarching territory strategies to maintain market coherence and achieve revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES

  • Sales & Campaign Management: Plan and execute sell-out campaigns, promotions, and advertising on platforms like Amazon and Mediamarkt marketplace to maximize visibility and conversion, analyzing ROI and competitor activity.
  • Go-to-Market & Product Content: Implement GTM strategies for each platform. Manage the product lifecycle on platforms, ensuring accurate, compelling listings, A+ content, and brand stores to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Platform Operations & Relations: Oversee daily platform operations, maintain strong working relationships with key contacts at online sales platforms, and support contract management, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Forecasting, Reporting & Operational Alignment: Develop country-specific sales forecasts. Track and report on KPIs (sales, market share, campaign effectiveness). Collaborate with Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics for optimal stock levels and fulfillment.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding presence on existing platforms and research potential new online platform partnerships.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align platform activities with broader strategies, ensure timely product information, and inform operational improvements.
