Description

As Partner Manager Point-Of-Sale (POS), you will develop and manage relationships with new technology partners, including independent software vendors (ISVs), SaaS platforms and cash register systems, driving joint go-to-market strategies. You understand their challenges and help them with customized solutions that make payments easier, more secure and more profitable for their customers and the platforms themselves.
In this role, you work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) and external partners to deliver optimal payment solutions. Your commercial skills and knowledge of both SaaS and the payment industry directly contribute to our growth and success in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with ISV, SaaS and Cash Register partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive mutual growth and success. You understand the partners’ needs and will advise on the use of our APIs, white-label solutions, and payment products (online, in-person, omnichannel)
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, focusing on market expansion and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of MultiSafepay’s payment solutions into partner platforms
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
