Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Working as a member of the Global Relay Marketing team, you will be responsible for writing compelling copy that amplifies Global Relay’s leadership in the compliance technology space.
As part of the Brand Marketing team for Global Relay, you will develop persuasive, engaging copy for myriad marketing and communications channels, including PR, internal and external communications. You will also be expected to write and review email campaigns, website content, product collateral, events, and social media. You will write and edit copy so that it aligns with our business goals, messaging, and brand voice.
You will be part of a team of branding and communications creators that articulate Global Relay’s mission, values, and services. The kind of technologies you’ll create written materials for include compliant communications, cloud computing, and SaaS archiving services, Artificial Intelligence, & Machine Learning, as well as a host of other innovative, cutting-edge solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the Head of Communications on communication strategy, creating and distributing information, reviewing social media, crafting press releases, and coordinating public relations
  • Develop and write compelling marketing copy for a variety of channels and formats including social, print, video, and online
  • Copyedit and proof written materials across Marketing department to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
  • Collaborating with copy requestors to ensure their project briefs clearly define scope and desired outcomes
  • Conduct research on personas, target audiences, and competitors
  • Promote Global Relay products and services in a way that is consistent with Global Relay’s brand and positioning
  • Follow and enforce AP stylebook in writing and copyediting
  • Stay up to date on marketing and communications trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding and messaging is consistent across all materials
