As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will plan and oversee partner-centered learning across solutions/lines of business. This opportunity will allow you to create and drive solutions strategies/content with long-term partner leads and internal/external stakeholders. You will partner with internal teams to guide data driven plans including growth targets, partner capacity, capability and projections. You will help define and develop marketing/merchandising strategies to ensure market, channel, partner readiness for new solution/offering launch. You help design, execute and localize end-to-end partner experiences by leveraging marketing assets and through the assistance of other teams. Responsibilities You will synthesize and consolidate information gathered from research in order to inform partner strategy and gain competitive insights, in line with established standards and policies and contribute to the mapping of accounts with partner solutions and sales plays. You will execute solutions strategies/content roadmaps with partners and internal team members (e.g., Partner Development Manager [PDM], Channel Manager) based on research and foundational understanding of the customer's/partner’s financials and strategic priorities/needs. You will help execute strategies to ensure market readiness for new solution/offering launch with managerial guidance and use foundational field knowledge to provide feedback to cross-team stakeholders on how products and processes may be improved to better serve partners/customers or internal stakeholders. With assistance, you will manage allocated marketing funds and budget spend in collaboration with agencies and partners to help ensure allocated budget is properly spent, while considering mutual business objectives and goals with partners. You will conduct analyses to measure success metrics of products/projects and may assist in pulling and collecting data and metrics to complete analyses. You will contribute towards establishing trusted partner marketing relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives and alignment to partner's priorities to establish trust and credibility. Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience Fluency in English (spoken and written) You are legally authorized to work in the country where this role is based (through citizenship, a valid visa, or a work permit).
