Description

We are actively seeking a Partner Marketing Lead who will oversee all marketing activities that Creatio conducts in collaboration with its partners worldwide. The Head of Partner Marketing, together with the team, will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing plans using a variety of marketing channels, including digital, own events, external events, 1-on-1 programs, email, listings, ABM campaigns, and more.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of marketing/ business development experience, including 3+ years in B2B;
  • strong leadership skills with 2+ years of team management experience;
  • experience with SaaS/Tech companies is desired but not mandatory;
  • deep knowledge of B2B top-of-the-funnel channels and sources;
  • proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;
  • strong English oral and written skills.
Responsibilities
  • develop and execute general partner marketing plan, including the expected number of sales-qualified leads and opportunities per each respective sub-region;
  • development and execution of co-marketing plans with key partners
  • manage a partner marketing managers team;
  • collaborate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure the effective execution of plans.
  • collaborate with regional partner management teams and directors to align on targets, countries, and penetration strategies;
  • effectively orchestrate campaigns to penetrate assigned regional target account lists;
  • deliver against pipeline growth targets and all key performance metrics.
