What you’ll be doing
The Partner Marketing Manager role requires a strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, and Go-to-Market planning and execution. Close collaboration with Channel Sales will be critical for success. This role reports to the Senior Director of Partner Marketing and will work very closely with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Marketing and Alliances teams.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing, programs and enablement initiatives within the assigned Asia-Pacific region. This role is a hybrid position that combines elements of partner program management, partner marketing, and enablement. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners to drive joint marketing activities, enable their sales teams, and accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop, execute, and measure integrated partner marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue with partners in key APAC countries
  • Align with Tricentis partner team and strategic partners to drive demand generation through executing joint partner marketing activities. Sample tactics include, but are not limited to live events, webcasts, industry events, hospitality, digital marketing, content creation and syndication, joint sales play development
  • Analyze lead flow while constantly exploring and testing new ways to drive more pipeline with and for partners
  • Manage events of all sizes including small, curated events, roadshow lunch and learns, and partner presence and sponsorship at our regional user events.
  • Partner GTM – Build yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plan for the team and relevant partners. Communicate full scope of resources and support that Tricentis offers to partners.

Requirements :

  • Partner-Focused: Possess an expert understanding of how to drive pipeline and joint activities with and through the partner ecosystem. Experience working with global and regional system integrators and ISVs. (Accenture, Cognizant, SAP, etc.)
  • Enterprise Technology Experience: Background in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.
  • Program Builder: Understand how to build and optimize global partner programs that can be executed regionally.
  • Excellent Communicator: Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Analytical: Experience collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources to make informed business decisions and/or recommendations.
  • Innovative & Impactful Partner Marketer: Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner led marketing offerings and continue to develop new methods and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7-8 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. At least 3 years of partner marketing experience
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to align with global teams, as needed
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems, including GSI and SI models
  • Enterprise Technology Experience: Background in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred
