Responsibilities

· Be instrumental in maintaining our partner calendar, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring alignment with our overarching global go-to-market strategy.
· Collaborate closely with regional teams from our key technology partners on joint marketing campaigns and event execution.
· Assist with farming proposals, identifying and nurturing new opportunities within our existing client base and partner networks to expand our service offerings.
· Strategically plan and execute initiatives to help us achieve Partner Tier Upgrades, showcasing Incepta’s growing capabilities and commitment to our partners. This includes meticulously tracking key metrics, collaborating with technical and sales teams, and preparing comprehensive reports to support our application for higher partnership tiers.
· Help with presales proposal decks and RFPs by providing compelling content that highlights our technical expertise, successful case studies, and unique value proposition.
· You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure our proposals are comprehensive and persuasive.
· Provide support for product-focused initiatives using partner platforms and accelerators, crafting marketing collateral that effectively communicates the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
· Craft compelling partner-facing materials, presentations, and insightful reports.
· Proactively promote Incepta’s capabilities within the partner ecosystem by developing targeted campaigns, creating success stories, and actively participating in partner-led forums and initiatives.
· Have hands-on experience in partner marketing roles, ideally within System Integrators (SIs), consulting firms, or software vendors.
· Help develop engaging email campaigns, effective landing pages, and compelling case study materials.
· Take ownership of creating and scheduling impactful content on LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
· Support lead generation efforts through timely follow-ups and basic CRM data management (experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a significant plus!).
· Coordinate all logistical aspects, manage registration processes, and send timely reminders.
· Contribute to basic analytics reporting and support crucial post-event communications and tracking of follow-up actions.
