Develop and manage close working relationships with existing Infineon partners and support technical teams in evaluation of new partnerships Work closely with product line managers and application marketing to analyze partner ecosystem gaps and develop and execute on strategies to fill those gaps Develop and execute on strategic partnerships with ODMs, IDHs, AI/ML, Software Technology partners, cloud partners, and more Own partner website presence on Infineon.com, draft partnership agreements and all relevant contracts related to onboarding and managing partners Own all co-marketing with partners and align co-marketing with Marcomand Distribution marketing teams - help develop co-promoted partner webinars, blogs, white papers, trade shows, and other content with partners and internal technical teams Communicate, promote, and advocate for joint partner solutions and partner marketing content internally within Infineon Facilitate partner enablement on Infineon technology and actively educate partners on all relevant Infineon product offerings 5+ Years in a Partner Marketing Role in technology company Experience working in cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization Background in technology, education or experience Program management skills Experienced G2M leader with a background in digital marketing, social media and collateral creation We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
