As a Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be joining a tight-knit, supportive team that values initiative, excellence, and creative problem-solving.About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Partner Marketing Manager with 1-2 years of experience to support our expansion in Southeast Asia markets. In this role, you will execute co-marketing initiatives with our channel/reseller partners and technology integration partners. You will work directly with partner sales managers and partners to develop and implement marketing programs that drive mutual business growth.This position reports to the APAC Head of Marketing and can be based in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, with responsibility for supporting multiple markets across Southeast Asia.Primary Responsibilities:- Partner Acquisition & Retention:Plan and execute partner-focused initiatives—including events and communications—that drive recruitment of new partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones.- Partner-Focused Campaign Execution:Develop and execute marketing programs aimed at engaging partners across Southeast Asia. Craft campaign concepts that highlight Lark’s value proposition while addressing partners’ business goals.- Communication & Enablement:Manage regular partner communications such as newsletters and updates. Support partner enablement through workshops, networking events, and training sessions tailored to partner needs.- Market Development Fund (MDF) Management:Oversee the allocation and execution of Market Development Funds (MDF) provided to partners. Ensure proposed activities align with Lark’s objectives and monitor the ROI of funded initiatives to optimize future investments.- Engagement Tracking & Reporting:Monitor partner engagement across key touchpoints (e.g., email, events, enablement activities). Analyze and report on acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing-to-partner activities.Secondary Responsibilities:- Localized Content Adaptation:Customize existing marketing assets—such as case studies, presentations, and social media content—for partner use, ensuring alignment with Lark’s brand and local market relevance.- Market Intelligence Gathering:Support the team by capturing insights on partner needs, competitive activities, and local trends. Share findings to inform strategy and optimize partner marketing approaches.- Campaign Performance Support:Assist in tracking the performance of partner marketing programs, including engagement outcomes and ROI. Contribute to post-campaign reporting for internal and partner stakeholders.
