The Industry Partner Solutions (IPS) organization is responsible for accelerating revenue and share growth, by empowering customers and partners to securely transform with Microsoft Cloud, AI, Windows devices and experiences. Within IPS, Windows and Devices Sales (WDS) combines the build and sell motions of Windows and device solutions to delight Commercial and Consumer customers worldwide.
As part of WDS, the Device Partner Sales (DPS) organization plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing.
Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to device design, sell through in the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channels to Consumer and Commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multi-billion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation, and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem.
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead co-marketing efforts with ASUS, one of Microsoft’s top six global OEM ecosystem partners. This role reports to the Global Device Partners (GDP) Marketing Director and works closely with the ASUS Account Lead and GDP regional marketing managers to drive alignment and execution across global and local marketing initiatives. The Partner Marketing Manager designs and executes campaigns that inspire and engage customers—especially in high-growth segments like Copilot+ PCs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered computing by successfully collaborating with ASUS to implement and scale key Microsoft product and marketing strategies—resulting in a unified worldwide marketing plan that redefines how people and businesses experience technology.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in global sales and marketing, with experience working with complex partners.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing investments and driving strategic planning and execution across complex regional initiatives.
  • 6+ years experience building multi-level trust relationships within a large or multinational account including management of executive relationships.
  • Familiarity with SMB customer segments, including their behaviors and preferences.
  • Passion for devices, platforms, and services, with knowledge of OEMs, partner ecosystems, and both consumer and commercial channel marketing.
  • Background in technology hardware marketing, with hands-on experience in multichannel campaigns and partner-driven distribution strategies.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across partner accounts, marketing teams, and product groups.
  • Proven ability to lead virtually and contribute individually, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Skilled in setting goals and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve defined business results.
  • Capable of identifying emerging opportunities and translating them into actionable marketing priorities.
    Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
