QUALIFICATION

  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on the Web3 and crypto industries.
  • Proven success in creating and managing impactful marketing partnerships that contribute to business and brand awareness growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse partners globally..
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at overseeing and prioritizing multiple marketing initiatives to maximize growth and impact.
  • Proficient in English, with knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic marketing partnerships with key regional players to foster mutual growth.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the GTM Lead to incorporate partner marketing activities into broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with key industry partners, ensuring all marketing collaborations deliver significant business value.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, leveraging shared resources and networks to maximize reach and effectiveness..
  • Offer strategic input and feedback to leadership to help shape global partner marketing strategies.
