In this role, you will lead the execution of high-impact partner and channel marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. Manage and deliver joint marketing initiatives with partners, including co-branded events, digital campaigns, webinars, and demand generation activities. Plan and oversee regional events such as conferences, roadshows, and partner summits, ensuring strong execution, budget control, and measurable ROI. Develop partner enablement and co-marketing resources, including toolkits, templates, and campaign assets that support adoption and revenue growth. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize lead follow-up, tracking, conversion, and pipeline acceleration. Measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing performance using key metrics such as engagement, conversion, velocity, and return on investment. Adapt global messaging to ensure relevance for regional audiences and contribute to compelling campaign content and partner-facing materials. Requirements: At least five years of experience delivering partner or channel marketing programs in a B2B or enterprise environment. Strong expertise in demand generation, integrated marketing, and performance measurement with a results-oriented mindset. Proven success executing campaigns and events that drive pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and exceptional attendee experiences. Experience creating and adapting content across multiple formats, including digital campaigns, email marketing, partner assets, and event materials. Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing, segmentation, budgeting, and business case development. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel sales teams and external partners. Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Splash, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Willingness to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
