We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who owns our partner marketing strategy end-to-end and helps turn our partner ecosystem into a scalable growth engine. This role goes beyond execution. You will shape how we go to market with partners, define joint value propositions, and ensure partner initiatives drive measurable impact across pipeline, revenue, and brand. Job Description What you’ll be doing As Partner Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of partner marketing and play a key role in how we scale our ecosystem: Own the partner marketing strategy in alignment with company GTM, revenue, and ecosystem goals. Define clear priorities, success metrics, and investment levels across partner marketing initiatives. Lead joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, including: Defining target segments and ICP overlap Developing joint value propositions and messaging Creating and executing co-marketing plans (campaigns, content, events, launches) Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure alignment and execution. Ensure partner-led initiatives are focused on measurable demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact. Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing assets and enablement materials to support consistent messaging. Track, analyse, and report on partner marketing performance, using insights to continuously improve strategy and execution. Proactively identify new partner opportunities, joint GTM plays, or ways to scale existing partner motions. Qualifications What you’ll bring: Experience in related sales, channel, or partner roles within SaaS and/or B2B industries. Proven experience working with partners, alliances, or ecosystem stakeholders. Experience building or scaling partner marketing initiatives, ideally in a growing organization. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams. Clear communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
