The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to build and own our partner marketing strategy from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll design scalable programs, strengthen our partner ecosystem, and drive growth through enablement, co-marketing, and revenue-sharing models.

In this role you will…

  • Build and own Shipfusion’s partner marketing strategy, including program structure, partner tiers, and collaborative go-to-market campaigns.
  • Create and optimize enablement playbooks, partner training, onboarding, and a partner portal.
  • Manage relationships, sponsorships, co-marketing efforts, and referral programs with tech partners, agencies, accelerators, VCs, and industry influencers.
  • Launch and optimize revshare, reseller, and affiliate models.
  • Develop joint campaigns with partners to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Business Development to drive adoption and growth.
  • Track partner program performance and ROI (referrals, pipeline influenced, SQL conversion).

What you’ll bring to the team (Required Skills):

  • 4–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem development, ideally in ecommerce, SaaS, or logistics.
  • Proven ability to create and execute partner co-marketing programs and affiliate programs that drive pipeline and influence revenue.
  • Strong background in building partner relationships across tech platforms, agencies, accelerators, VCs, and industry influencers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partner pipeline performance metrics.
  • Exposure to ABM collaboration with events and target accounts.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
