PARTNER MARKETING EXPERIENCE:

  • In-depth understanding of partner marketing practices and current trends.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the channel.
  • Previous experience working within the Payroll, HR or PEO space would be idealBOTH STRATEGIC VISION AND TACTICAL EXECUTION:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with overallbusiness objectives.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and executeRELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining successful partnerships with externalorganizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with internal teams andexternal partners.TOOL PROFICIENCY:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems - ideally Hubspot
  • Ability to leverage technology to streamline marketing processes and track performancemetrics.DATA-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING:
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and optimizemarketing strategies.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on data insights to drive business results.
Responsibilities

As a partner and demand generation marketer, this role will work within our payroll/HCM partner network to develop and execute partner programs that create new opportunities within their client base and drive awareness of the ZayZoon solution. Responsible for building strategies for various marketing channels, this candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate demand, establish awareness and credibility, drive revenue, and achieve growth objectives.
