Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year go to market strategy for UL Solutions’ Partner Network. Refine and implement UL Solutions’ Partner Network playbook including the growth of business with existing partners as well as the expansion of the network to include new partners. Manage the overall relationship with assigned partners and coordinating with COUs, sales and function leads to maximize the value of the partnership resulting in revenue growth opportunities and increased relevance. Develop and execute Partner Network multiple year strategies, goals, plans, and reporting as well as develop and manage KPIs. Focus on execution and results, establishing high standard for performance, following through, and partner accountability. Build Go-to-Market messaging and sales alignments with each partner. Build executive relationships and coordinate executive presentations and de-briefings as well as conduct regular business reviews with business leaders. Identify and pursue opportunities which are mutually beneficial to UL Solutions and the partner and partner network. Meet with partner officers and senior management to maximize the coordination of objectives, strategies and associated policies and practices. Manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed.
