In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

he Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for efficient management of overall operational activities with respect to our Distributor & Partner Channel, and as such will serve as a key partner to the commercial team, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of partner operations. This role is critical in optimizing the tools, processes, analytics, and strategies that support our field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize sales processes to improve productivity and maximize business outcomes
  • Ensure CRM and sales automation tools are optimized and effectively used
  • Monitor and enhance lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting
  • Support the commercial & marketing teams in the creation and execution of Partner Joint Business Plan
  • Train and Support Partners and/or Market stakeholders on relevant Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools
  • Monitor and improve sales and service process performance and adherence thereof (including DDP process, contract management process and administration of business criteria)
  • Ensure relevant Partner data and contract templates are timely and up to date in the company’s systems/ tools (includes aligned cooperation with legal function and central contract management team)
  • Manage order- and supply-related problem solving activities as basis to an efficient process, in close collaboration with the channel partners and internal, especially commercial and supply chain teams
  • Prepare and organize input for Partner performance reviews
