Responsibilities
We are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team.
As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will be helping build a robust partnership ecosystem to support TikTok’s product offerings. TikTok’s Product Partners span a large and diverse ecosystem of actors, all playing an essential role in bringing product innovation and services to make advertisers successful on the platform. In this role, you will be exposed to various verticals ranging from retail to media and will play a critical role in driving alignment across product and business teams to maximize synergies and business outcomes for the ecosystem.
We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention-to-detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • relevant experience in management consulting, data analytics, project management, program management, or finance/accounting

    【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118400 - $212800 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Responsibilities
  • Manage global partnerships operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Partnerships Operations
  • Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and execute against opportunities that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support budgeting and expenses reporting
  • Develop scalable analytics solutions that provide the essential insights needed to support strategical decision making
  • Monitor ongoing partner performance through a data-driven approach
  • Drive internal communications such as maintaining internal wiki system and knowledge hub
  • Partner with the product strategy team on key research initiatives to adapt our strategy to market
  • Project manage internal processes involving regional ops teams, sales, comms, product and other cross-functional teams to drive our partner program
